Cycling Nature Experience (CNE) provides customers with the Official Complaint Form of the Catalan Consumer Agency, following Decree 121/2013.

Since CNE does not operate a physical shop, complaint forms are provided electronically.

Request the form by email:

You will receive the official PDF form, which you can fill in and return via email. CNE will answer your complaint within 30 natural days.
